1. Overview
EscrowTrustly is a secure middleman service built to protect buyers and sellers during online and offline transactions. By using our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Confirm product or service has been delivered before requesting payment release.
Double-check transaction details before payment submission.
Respond promptly to all messages within the transaction window (8hours).
3. Seller Responsibilities
Provide honest and complete information about the product/service.
Deliver the promised item or service within the agreed time.
Be available for communication during the active escrow process.
4. ID Verification (For ₦50,000 and Above)
Both parties must submit a valid government-issued ID for transactions involving ₦50,000 or more. Your ID must match the name on the receiving or sending bank account.
5. Escrow Fees
Our standard escrow fee is 2.5% of the total transaction amount. The fee may be paid by the buyer, seller, or split between both parties.
6. Refund and Dispute Policy
If a dispute arises, EscrowTrustly will act as a neutral party and make a final decision based on submitted evidence. Refunds will only be processed if one party fails to fulfill their obligations after a valid complaint is filed.
7. Communication
All deals must be carried out within an official EscrowTrustly WhatsApp group. Any transaction outside this group is not covered by our protection policy.
8. Inactivity
If one party becomes unreachable for more than 5 hours, we reserve the right to proceed with the available party based on submitted evidence and prior agreement.
9. Agreement
By using EscrowTrustly, you accept these terms and agree to abide by our transaction policy. We may update this policy from time to time without prior notice.
